Explore local trails and state parks.

Missouri has an incredible assortment of trails and state parks for visitors to enjoy, so why not take a day for a scenic stroll or bike ride with friends or family. Studies have shown that walking significantly reduces stress levels and can help you maintain a healthy lifestyle, so why not enjoy some pleasant views and the wonders of nature at the same time? Or, not looking to make it a full-day event? Take advantage of local theme parks and museums.
